RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• We will have FOOTBALL and BADMINTON matches for HMS offline students this time.
• An individual can attend either football or badminton; not both (even if he/she not in the playing team).

Categories of Team:
FOOTBALL 

• ● BOYS UNDER 10 (Born on or after 1 st Jun 2015)
• ● BOYS UNDER 13 (Born on or after 1 st Jun 2012)
• ● BOYS UNDER 17 (Born on or after 1 st Jun 2008)
• ● GIRLS UNDER 14 (Born on or after 1 st Jun 2011)
• ● GENTS - HMS Parents (Born before 1 st Jun 2008)

BADMINTON (Doubles)

• ● BOYS UNDER 13 (Born on or after 1 st Jun 2012)
• ● BOYS UNDER 17 (Born on or after 1st June 2008)
• ● GIRLS UNDER 13 (Born on or after 1 st Jun 2012)
• ● GIRLS - UNDER 17 (Born on or after 1st June 2008)
• ● GENTS (Born before 1 st Jun 2008)
• ● LADIES (Born before 1 st Jun 2008)

Eligibility of Participation:

• ● BOYS – Male students who are in the rolls of HMS as on 1 st Oct 2025. He should be from offline branch of Madrasa/Tazkiya/Taalim
• ● GIRLS – Female students who are in the rolls of HMS as on 1 st Oct 2025. She should be from offline branch of Madrasa/Tazkiya/ Taalim
• ● GENTS – Should be father of either BOY/GIRL defined as above. BOYS can join GENTS team if they wish to and on their own risk.
• ● LADIES - Should be mother of either BOY/GIRL defined as above. GIRLS can join LADIES team if they wish to, and at their own risk.
• ● For football -Recommended minimum age for boys and girls is 8 years.
• ● For Badminton -Recommended minimum age for boys and girls is 8 years
• ● Students or parents are eligible to participate only if the Term 1 HMS course fee for Academic Year 2025-26 is paid before registration date. Scholarship cases as agreed by HMS Secretary would be an exception.
• ● Registration needs to be completed by 10 PM on 12^th  Oct 2025

REGISTRATION FEE:

• ● Football – 2400 per team
• ● Badminton – 400 per team

• ● Registration Fee needs to be paid in full before registering.
• ● While registering for football, its mandatory to mention Full team members names along with manager's name. The manager should be a parent or teacher, of team’s choice.
• ● Students can form teams in any combination – Mix of branches,  offline and inter department.
• ● Every team (Football or Badminton) should be associated with the nearest offline madrasa branches.
• ● BOYS and GIRLS Football team nomination has to be registered by respective branch Sadr only. Branch and Sadr details are shared in Annexure A.
• ● Once registered, changes are not allowed in the team. Any exception has to be approved by the Program Convenor.
• ● No singles planned for Badminton.
• ● Jersey will be provided only to playing students.
• ● HMS put its best effort into arranging Jersey for the football team. So it is mandatory to mention the size of the individual team members in the registration form.

INITIAL PROPOSAL OF THE GAMES

• ● Football team comprises of 6+2 on one side. It would be a 15-minute match with 3 minutes break in between.
• ● There should be a manager for each football team and it could be either a teacher or a parent. A manager can manage one or more teams. All the official interactions with the team would be through the manager.
• ● Games would follow a knockdown model with only one set each.
• ● Only doubles in badminton. Non-marking shoes are only allowed. Or play barefoot.
